Eternal Sunshine Cafe is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Wilmington. It’s simple and relaxing while offering extremely delicious food options. The benedicts are arguably the best in town! (The Crab Cake Benedict and the Eternal Benedict are two of my personal favorites!) The fruit is always fresh, the service is always friendly, and I always walk out happier than I when walked in. A couple of pro tips: The orange juice is freshly squeezed, so order that. If you order a benedict, you have the option to add either french toast or a pancake to your order for only $1 extra. Definitely say “yes” to that add on. Eternal Sunshine Cafe is a no brainer if you are in the Wilmington area visiting or if you live in town and are looking for a great breakfast spot to help start your day off right.
