This week’s business of the week goes to Genki Sushi located across the street from Target on New Centre Drive. I have to admit, I was “late to the party” when it came to knowing about this restaurant. However, I am so glad that it was introduced to me. I have been blown away with the flavor and presentation of their sushi. The fresh and high quality ingredients they use really helps create that authentic and traditional Japanese experience.
The owners are Chef Danny and his wife, Lana Ke. As of this writing, I have not had the privilege of meeting either of these two individuals, however, I have been fortunate enough to enjoy the sushi that Chef Danny creates. You can tell that there is a precision and care for his sushi that is next level. His 18 years of sushi chef experience really shines through with his final product.
